Target audience:

The typical learners who will access the occupational qualifications will be individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in HRM or those who are currently working in HRM roles and wish to formalise their skills and knowledge, including individuals who have completed post-secondary education in a related field but have not yet obtained a formal HRM qualification. The qualification may also appeal to individuals currently working in HRM roles but still need a formal qualification.

Assessment information:

This qualification is made up of three compulsory parts: a Knowledge component, a Practical Skill component, and a Work Experience component. Each of these must be completed to become eligible to write the EISA exam.

 

Knowledge modules:

For the Knowledge modules, you will need to access your eBook Learner Guide and work through all the content. Once you have completed each Knowledge module, you will complete both a formative and summative assessment for the module.

 

Practical modules:

These modules need to be completed in a Workplace environment and need to be signed off by the employer.

 

Workplace Experience module:

These modules need to be completed in a Workplace environment and need to be signed off by the employer.

 

Statement of Results:

Once you have completed all the required modules, Optimi College will issue a Statement of Results. This will kick off the process for the registration for the EISA examination. The QCTO will assist you to find a suited exam venue to write the exam. Upon successful completion of the examination, the QCTO will issue the qualification certificate.
